Joseph D. McBride, Richards’ lawyer tweeted on January 23rd saying, “Our team fought like hell. We were relentless, creative, & left no stone unturned in Mr Barnett’s defence. We have multiple appellate issues that we preserved & will litigate. @BigoBarnett could spend the rest of his life in prison — for a trespass. Pray for him & his family.”

Joseph continued on to say, “We filed motions asking for a change of venue months ago and were denied even though 96% of the DC Jury Pool voted for Joe Biden. We cited the purposeful poisoning of the jury pool by the @January6thCmte and @POTUS's multiple public condemnations of MAGA Republicans as well.”

According to Scott MacFarlane, a CBS News Congressional correspondent who was tweeting the story whilst in court, “Barnett had testified he acted like a “f****ing idiot” but didn’t commit a crime (including in putting his feet on a Pelosi office desk). The jury convicted him of all federal charges”.

The narrative sounding January 6th from the cult-owned media has been nothing short of an attempt at bombarding the masses into believing the event was WORSE than 9/11.

The attempts to create this false narrative surrounding January 6th from an outsider's perspective is seen to me as a way in which to punish working-class right-wing Americans who believe in their constitution, the right to protest and to clamp down on dissenters of the establishment & media.

Discrimination works both ways, its time to start talking about that

I don't think so, and neither should you.

I'm sure many of you are familiar with the concept and term ‘positive discrimination’ and in some cases may well have experienced it yourself, there are some very obvious examples of this throughout history, the famous ‘Quota System’ in South Africa is one that comes to mind, but I believe this still goes on today and is much more widespread than we like to think.

There is a story breaking today about the RAF (Royal Air Force) here in the UK, and the fact they have been breaking employment law by favouring women and minorities when making appointments. To quote from the story “The RAF broke employment law when it attempted to favour female and ethnic minority candidates over white men”, that hardly sounds very fair and inclusive to me.

This has really got to me this morning, but I see it as a positive, and finally, it seems this may start a conversation on this subject. Because I ...
